What is Body Alignment?
What is Body Alignment? More importantly why should you care about it. Body Alignment is the key to functional strength. The more time we spend aligned the more awake and responsive we become. While perfectly aligned the body and mind are at their most receptive to input. This allows for higher learning and what can be considered over achieving.
