What an Amazing Week.

This week has seen the rebirth of my oldest passion. Body Alignment. To all of you who have been supporting me I say a huge thanks. Your energy helps me push to new areas of my brain and reach new highs in the physical realm.

Inspiration for the week has come from many areas. My older brother Justin. You are rocking it.
My Jedi friend. You know who you are. 3-2 nice victory.
Julie- Mary Mary has been in my head all week.
My son Oliver and amazing wife Dawn.
My brain has grown and my body hurts. An amazing week.
Huge well done to TJ and Irish.
Most important of all special K and Lesley thanks for getting it all started.
