Simple ball mounting skills part 2

Place the ball against a wall. Use your legs to hold it. Gently push your shins onto the ball. Feel the ball moving. Allow your body to absorb the motion of the ball.keep your feet in contact with ground as you do this. Gently return to the full standing position.

Pull the ball back about 8 inches from the wall. Allow your shins to make contact with the ball while holding the outside of the ball with your hands.
Gently roll forwards until you feel your feet leaving the ground. Go fast, you will feel yourself falling towards the wall. If you go very slowly you will be able to place your head against the wall, use this to help you feel how the ball moves under you.
Feel the ball moving and learn how it behaves. In no time at all you will be kneeling on the ball. The wall will stop you from falling forwards. If you feel yourself falling backwards just stand up. Your feet will hit the ground and your knees will leave the ball.
Continue until you can balance on the ball this way......
Hope this helps. Next we stand on the ball.
