Maintaining Body Alignment Part 2

I want you to pay close attention the next time you watch an athletic event. Or even a dancer of any sorts.
What to look for. FORM. Form is everything. Watch how they maintain body alignment. Also watch how well they can perform as they deviate from perfect alignment.

So now the burning question is how do we become that person? Simple, slow motion and perfect form. Slow down your activity until you see and feel perfect form. Try this simple tip and let me know how it goes. Do not forget to breath.
